Jeff Jernigan is CEO of EDT, LLC.  He is responsible for overseeing the company’s Candidate and Client development as well as the overall growth of EDT’s expansion.  Prior to taking on this role in January 3, 2005, Jeff was with MSI International as the engineering search division manager responsible for overseeing all recruiting efforts for North America, where he lead his sales team to achieve a greater than 30% increase in revenue.  Jeff has well over 13 years as a top producer and an established Leader.

Jeff came to us as a very skilled negotiator with a wealth of experience in the areas of Client Management, Candidate Respect, and Engineering Search Development.  He started his corporate career with Dynamic Marketing in Virginia where he lived and worked for over 9 years.  Jeff holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Communications from University of Minnesota.

Gary Wood has 10 years of experience in executive recruiting. He began his recruiting career in the Management Consulting and Financial Services Industries working with Big Five management consulting firms, financial institutions and insurance companies. He managed outsource recruiting projects in the dot com and software industries locating the key executives his clients needed to have in place for their Initial Public Offerings. In 2005 Gary returned to his engineering roots when he joined the Engineering Development Team. He has been very successful at identifying and recruiting individuals that demonstrate excellence from a business and leadership perspective in addition to strong technical skills.

Outside the office, Gary enjoys spending time outdoors with his 8 year old daughter Harley. He is a Black Belt instructor in Kenpo Karate and an avid motorcyclist.

Kimberly Harris began her recruiting career in 1999 in the medical staffing industry working with medical professionals and medical facilities throughout the country. She successfully built and managed $5 million allied health divisions from the ground up by putting a particular interest in creating a trusting relationship with both her clients and candidates. Kimberly recently joined EDT, LLC in 2010 bringing a unique passion to cultivate herself as an expert in the AEC industry. She contributes her success in recruiting to her ability to take the time to connect with and learn about her clients and candidates. Kimberly says, “I strongly believe in what we do and how we do it. I couldn’t ask for a more fulfilling job”.

When she’s not working, Kimberly spends her time at her home in Charleston, SC managing a balance between her two children, playing on the water, working out, and furthering her education.

Tom Crawford brings over 20 years experience in civil design, at both regional and international firms, to EDT. He enjoys the challenge of going beyond the resume, discovering a candidate’s true potential. He strives to match candidates with a company where they will continue to excel. Tom uses his extensive industry experience, along with a diligent work ethic to ask the right questions to accurately present candidates to clients.

Outside the office, Tom is a proud father of two, and can be found working in the yard or under the hood of a classic car.
